Administrative Law Enforcement Against Urban Spatial Planning Based on the Spatial Planning Law

Law enforcement in administrative law which is used to control government policies that seek realize legal ideals order create justice and peace the life of society, nation state. This study uses a normative juridical method. The results concluded implementation urban spatial planning for permits issued by government, includes supervision sanctions. Administrative sanctions generally have an institutional function, namely controlling prohibited acts. In addition, are primarily aimed at protecting interests guarded violated provisions.
